Conducting Business in Sundre Requires a License
Under the provisions of the Town of Sundre Business License Bylaw #810 (
),
licenses are required to operate and/or conduct business in the Town of Sundre.
Businesses failing to comply are subject to a minimum penalty and/or fine of $500.00, up to a maximum of $1,000.00.
Application forms:
Business License Fees:
- Town Commercial Businesses: $100.00/year
- Out of Town Commercial Businesses: $125.00/year
- Home Residence Businesses: $50.00/year after filling out a Development Permit and being approved by MPC.
